• Photographic and video content captured during contracted productions;
• Model/talent releases and location permits;
• Website analytics (anonymized) for site improvement.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE

Unless otherwise specified in a written contract, KAL Visuals LLC retains copyright of all photographs and video content produced during engagements. Clients receive usage licenses as defined in their agreements. Portfolio usage rights are retained unless explicitly excluded in writing. Model and talent releases are stored securely for the duration required by applicable law.

DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information and production assets. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years. Raw footage and photographs are retained per contractual terms. Financial records are retained per IRS requirements.

YOUR RIGHTS
